CBS PTA
Campbells Bay School Parents and Teachers Association
The PTA is a great way to become involved with your child's school.
OUR OBJECTIVES:
Community
To enhance a sense of community and build school spirit through hosting social activities and events.
Fundraising
Raise funds to provide resources, facilities and opportunities for the school to provide our children an enriching environment and education that supports their needs.
The PTA is composed of parents & caregivers, and Patricia Meder, our Deputy Principal. We also liaise with other key staff members including the Board of Trustees and school Principal Bevan Verryt, as needed. This gives the PTA an insight into the workings and decision making of the school.
Everyone who is a parent or caregiver of a child at Campbells Bay School is invited to attend meetings and become involved in the PTA. Meetings are held in the school boardroom from 6-7pm before the Board of Trustees monthly meeting. Dates can be found on the school calendar or on the PTA Facebook page.
Your involvement is welcomed, in either a large or small capacity. Please email us if you would like to join the PTA or become a “Friend of the PTA”. We are always looking for people willing to help out.
If you would like to sponsor or donate to one of our fundraising events please email the PTA cbspta@campbellsbay.school.nz
The PTA also runs the Second-Hand Uniform Shop.
